  • Accelerated construction timelines — prefabricated elements are manufactured in parallel with the construction of the monolithic frame, reducing timelines by 25–30%.
  • Improved operational characteristics — high factory production quality ensures geometric precision and enhanced thermal and sound insulation.
  • The monolithic reinforced concrete frame forms the building’s foundation — columns and slabs. Prefabricated elements — external wall panels with multilayer thermal insulation, internal partitions, stair flights — are manufactured at specialized facilities with high-precision quality control.

Individual heating units with weather regulation optimize heating costs depending on outdoor temperature. Air recuperators return up to 85% of thermal energy. LED lighting in common areas with motion sensors reduces electricity consumption by 70%. Individual resource metering allows residents to control and optimize their expenses.

Energy-Saving Solutions

Orientation of buildings according to cardinal directions for maximum use of natural light and solar energy. Panoramic glazing on the southern side increases passive heat gain in winter. Natural ventilation through atriums and shafts reduces the need for forced ventilation.
Housing built using KONA’s energy-efficient technologies consumes 40–50% less energy compared to standard buildings, reducing the carbon footprint of the facility.

Construction of Shelters and Protective Structures

KONA Construction Company has extensive experience in the design and construction of civil defense facilities — shelters and protective structures.
Shelters are designed considering increased load-bearing requirements. Wall and slab thickness is calculated to withstand blast wave pressure. High-strength concrete class not lower than B25 with dense reinforcement is used.
KONA designs shelters as an integral part of residential complexes. In peacetime, these spaces can function as parking facilities, storage areas, or technical zones, and quickly transform into protective structures when needed.
